CANCELLATION AND DISCHARGE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the RURAL BANK OF SAGADA (MOUNTAIN PROVINCE), INC. a corporation


duly organized under the existing laws of the Philippines, herein represented by it’s duly authorized
representative in the person of its Officer-In-Charge, JANE A. CODANGOS, of legal age, married,
Filipino and with residence and postal address at Kilong, Sagada Mountain Province, the mortgagee in
that certain REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE executed in its favor by and between LAZARO
SOLANG, of legal age, married to FELY B. SOLANG, Filipino and with residence and postal address
at Sagada, Mountain Province having received the full consideration named as a condition of said
mortgage does by these presents forever RELEASE and DISCHARGE that same mortgage or real
estate with all the improvements thereon covered by TAX DECLARATION NUMBER 16172 of the
Register of Deeds of Mountain Province which Real Estate Mortgage was executed on September
25, 1997 by said LAZARO SOLANG and FELY B. SOLANG before Notary Public Atty. Sergio SJ
Milan and entered in his Notarial Registry under Doc No. 264, Page No. 53, Book No. 3, Series of
1997 and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Mountain Province on September 26,
1997, as Inscription No. 4261, Page No. 2251, Volume No. XVIII, File No. 16916 (Under R.A. No.
496/R.A. No. 3344)
In WITNESS whereof, I have set unto my hands this 22nd day of January 2019 at Sagada,
Mountain Province.

executed the instrument as their free and voluntary act and deed. Further, persons acting in representative
capacity declare that they have been given the authority to sign in said capacity.
