    Pursuant to Resolution No. 10475, the request for exemption from the ban of
    Regional Prosecutor, ROMMEL C. BALIGOD, Department of Justice. Office of the
    Regional Prosecutor, Pengue Ruyu, Tuguegarao City, dated January 30, 2019, involving
    the transfer of Faustino J. Gapero, Jr. from Governor’s Office, Cagayan to DOJ-NPS,
    Region 02/OPP-Cagayan, is hereby returned with the information that the request is
    granted considering that the transfer is necessary to the proper functioning of the Office
    and does not in any manner affect or influence the results of the May 13, 2019 National
    and Local Elections (NLE).

    For Queenie N. Tamayao, the grant of exemption is hereby denied for the sought
    transfer is not within the jurisdiction of this Office considering that the sought transfer is
    inter-regional (COMELEC Resolution No. 10475).
