Province. I am asking you a great favor to be transfer to Lamlangil Elementary School for the following
reasons:

1. My mother is already a senior citizen and she needs to a have a special attention for
her medical care since I am the younger sibling left. Since, my sister and brothers
were already married and have their own family. I want to work near my mother so
that I can attend easily her needs.

2. In my health status, the doctor diagnoses me that I have an asthma which is difficult
for me to be assigned in a far flung area which is not accessible by any means of
transportation.

3. I could render better services to the community and can be efficient and effective
teacher of DepEd if given a chance to assign to the nearest school where near my
residence.
