Letter of Relinquishment

(To be obtained when all are signing the claim form and authorizing the Bank to return the
property documents of the deceased borrower to any one of the legal heirs/Co-owner of the
property who is co-borrower/Nominee)

With reference to the above LAN, I/we the following legal heirs/nominees of the Borrower hereby
authorize and give our consent that we have no objection to your giving the property documents
of the Borrower to Shri/Smt._______________________________________________who is one of the
(legal heir/ Nominee) of the Borrower/ Co-borrower as well as co-owner of the property .

Such delivery of the property documents to the aforementioned legal heir/Nominee / Co-borrower
as well as co-owner of the property shall be completely binding on us and we shall not raise any
objections/disputes as regards such delivery, in any proceedings/forums etc. I/we also undertake
to bind ourselves, our heirs and legal representatives not to revoke the declaration/authorization/
no objection/ consent made/provided herein.
