    Hi Mr Siew,

    I need an advise regard on staff resign without notice, what company should do if staff
    resign without notice other than notice in lieu? legal action should be taken?how is
    procedure?.

    As i know company will do nothing, if legal action taken company will have a lot of
    documentation to present to labour office? it is true?

    No much, but you have to go personally to the Labour Department to lodge a compliant
    against that employee.
