I made a personal transaction on December 22 morning. I have made transactions with

this guy several times before.
However, I just realized that this guy used different email for each transaction.
for the first two transactions were completed. however, in the third transaction,
he did not send me the merchandise while I was trying to contact him.
i filed a dispute but paypal denied for that dispute. I have a conversation with
that guy that I can provided to paypal. it is a foreign language. but
it totally reveal that this guy stole my money on this third transaction.

In the morning of December 22 at 8:30 AM, I made a transaction to a person who I

had made other two transactions before. He promised to send me the merchandise in
the next 9 hours.
In the afternoon of December 22 at 2:00 PM, I received a call to confirm the
transaction and I did.
However, at night on December 22 until the day I filed the dispute, I have not
received any merchandise.
I tried to send him messages but he did not response even though he has seen it.
