    Greetings!

    As the Academic Year for 2019-2020 commences, the English Dept. will be holding a
    screening on different field connected to article writing as; News Writing, Feature Writing,
    Sports Writing, Editorial Writing and Cartooning, Photo Journalism, Copy reading and
    broadcasting on July 12, 2019, 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon ‘til 4:00 PM. This, in
    preparation with the different contest to be held soon, is a way of scouting all the potential
    students for their constructive development.

    In connection to this, we have written this letter to express our asking of assistance as to
    the dissemination of information.
