Job Description for Surveyor

Job Title: Surveyor

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Complete Site Survey for Solar plant (Rooftop, Ground Mounted & Floating) Installation including
Electrical Survey, Building load chart and Power Evacuation point identification.

2. Awareness of Design Fundamentals. Complete system designs for PV projects including: site
plans, mechanical racking and attachment plans, single-line electrical drawings, specification of
BOS location and interconnection details, and labelling

3. Complete technical analysis of string and central inverters and power optimizer modules.

4. CAD design of Electrical SLDs, module layout, array and SJB design for Roof top and MW scale

5. Detailed technical analysis of Electrical faults, losses and performance of the plant.

6. Preparation of technical report by PVSyst as per the survey reports with proper shadow analysis

7. Technical support to Business Development and Project Team

Experience:
 At least 2 years of design or engineering and Site Survey experience related to renewable
energy (Prior experience in the solar industry in India is an advantage).
 Any additional experience with estimating or designing electrical systems is preferred.
 Competence in AutoCAD is mandatory.
 Competence in PVSyst is preferred.
 Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
 Extensive Travel for Site Survey in West including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Daman, etc.
Dadra, etc.

Qualification:

Diploma /B.Tech /BE degree in electrical engineering discipline.
