Group 8: Women Empowerment

Title: WE Team Building and Seminar

Introduction:

We Team Building and Seminar is a project that can enlighten

the knowledge of an individual about women empowerment. We will
conduct a seminar and we will do our best to invite some proffesionals
that can share their knowledge about women empowerment, and after
the seminar we will push the team building project, in this project we
will form 2 groups that contain both men and women.

Purpose:

The aim of this project, is to enlighten everyone that our

generation nowadays is very different from the generation in the past,
because as of today, the things that men can do can also be done by
women. This project will raise the belief that men and women should
be treated equally, because we believe that women in our society is
strong enough to handle everything.

Description:
 The attendees will be given a free snacks and free
transportation. We will also give some souvenir.

The topic that will be discuss on the seminar are:

1. Women as a leader

2. Women as an individual

3. Women as a mother

4. Women as a part of our nation

5. Things that men can do that can also be done by women.

And in the team building project, we will form 2 groups, and

each group it will contain 15 members. We will give them 15 minutes to
finish the 10 stages we prepared.

Support:

The estimated budget in this project is ranging 150,000-200,000.

This includes the snacks,transportation,tocken to the speakers and the
souvenirs.
