Points other than activities

AMC period will be counted after one year from the date of installation of Paywell.
Cost of cloud services / real IP required for Mobile application data will be in customer’s scope.
Information Technology (IT) infrastructure required for the implementation, integration and training of Paywell system
shall be in the scope of the customer.
Any additional requirements of customization for the clients shall be chargeable on man days basis.
The time line decided need to be adhered to by both the parties.
There will be additional implementation charges on per day basis after 45 days.
In case night stay is required during implementation then cost will be in customer scope.
Arrangement of food and other refreshment for person(s) coming from Ducem Technologies Pvt Ltd to be done by the Customer.
Permanent license will be deployed at customer’s end after receipt of 100% amount only.
Advance amount is non-refundable once system installation done at customer’s end.
