Cafe coffee day is a division of india’s largest coffee conglomerateam
algamated bean coffee tradingltd (ABCTCL), popularly known as cafe coffee day ISO 9002
certified company. CCD has become india’s largest and premier retail chain of cafes with 552
cafes in 90 cities around the country.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT :

The project also includes how to retain the exisiting customer. it has also
seen which activities inspire the customer to visit cafe coffee day more often .The study was
made know whether customer are satisfied about café coffee day or not because satisfied
customers will be the loyal customers .it has also seen which things are not going good for
further improvement.

ABSTRACT:
“COFFEE SHOP MANAGEMENT” Software is general software developed
particularly for the coffee shop tranction. This software collects the details of products, costs,
workers info and their tranction. This software becomes useful for all the users in the coffee
shops so that their transation and details become upto date, since it is developed only for
coffee shop so it is developed by using LAN concepts where multi user can access single
server at a same time using LAN and improve their business.
