explained.
Familial disorder is the condition for which the chances of the disorder to be
expressed more often within the family members (Shield, 2018). The fault of
gene such as Leptin/MMP2 genes promoters' cause childhood obesity (El Sayed
et al., 2018), or MC4R gene (Gimeno-Ferrer et al., 2019).
This disorder is mainly either from genetic or environment. One of the examples
from familial disorder is obesity. Not only that, the chances of death at a young
age is higher, but also the risks to develop other diseases; Heart stroke or
disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancers or breathing problems during
sleep (a person stops breathing for a few second when sleeping) and asthma.
However, another alternative way to prevent risk of death is by exercising.
There are several methods to predict the One of the methods is BMI (Body Mass-
Index). BMI calculation is considered to be the most efficient and effective
method to determine the group body mass (underweight, normal, overweight
and obese). Moreover, predict the person-overweight as an average. Another
example is the CT scan, it is the most accurate method for measuring tissue,
whole-body fat, lean muscles and bone mass. However there are drawbacks:
pregnant woman and children are not advice to take the CT scan, as there is a
high ionization radiation across the body, the development of cancer cells. Last
method is waist-to-hip ratio, the
