multiple reasons to recommend Kristen for this position. I can attest to her clinical skills as well as
passion for nursing.

I have been a clinical instructor for Kristen Brink. Kristen is a fast learner; makes clinically sound
evidence based judgments & gives safe, compassionate & cost effective care. During her program at
Rasmussen she completed over 300 hours of clinical practice that included not only patient care but
critical thinking, therapeutic communication, collaborative care, prioritization skills, time management &
customer service.

As an educator I have found Kristen to be not only passionate about nursing but creative,
flexible and a valuable team member for her peers. I believe she is well rounded & will continue to
