 Oversee the College of Education (COEd) assessment system, including the Tk20 by Watermark
assessment database.
 Coordinate COEd Assessment System data needs, entry, reports, analyses and outcomes with
faculty, staff, administration, COEd Executive Leadership Council and university
committees/officials on a systematic and sustained basis.
 Coordinate and maintain data collection, management, and validation processes for the Office of
Teacher Education, such as teacher candidate field placements, evaluation binders, edTPA
assessment portfolios, edTPA voucher codes, scores for final grades, and others as needed.
 Research, write, and submit annual reports in conjunction with the Office of Teacher Education
and the Dean’s Office (Institutional Effectiveness, SACSCOC, AACTE PEDS, CAEP, Title
II, Tennessee Higher Education Commission, Tennessee Department of Education, and
Tennessee Board of Education Reports).
 Provide training for COEd assessment system users, such as in-class presentations, field
experience and edTPA seminars, etc.
 Present data and analysis reports at the college’s biannual Data and Assessment Forum
 Maintain pages on the COEd website related to data and assessment.
