Processing
Blend phases A and B separately. Add B to A while stirring.

Remarks
Two clear, colorless layers. Ratio upper / lower layer: approx. 20 : 80. pH = 5.1.
Size of micelles in water phase: 7.2 nm (Dynamic Laser Light Scattering).

Removes efficiently make-up, esp. water-proof eye make-up. No oily residues on skin/eyes.
