and based on the recommendation proposed by the informal working group Focus Group for
Communities and supported by the Municipal Returns Committee, through this letter, the Municipality of
confirms that the project is very necessary for the inhabitants of this locality and expresses readiness to
support complete during the realization of the infrastructure project (construction of the retaining wall)
