TEDxMNITJaipur 2019
We feel happy and thrilled to inform that we, the team of TEDxMNITJaipur are bringing back the concept
of TEDx Talks in MNIT Jaipur for the third time.

We are organizing TEDxMNITJaipur 2019 on 10th March 2019. The event will have six speakers from
diverse fields where they will talk about the numerous incidents, their moments, and life decisions which
helped them pop a bubble - this bubble may be related to them discovering their passion in life to
preserving a lost art like miniature painting to even the misconceptions they had while exploring their
path in life.

As per the license we procured, we are to conduct a half day event for 100 attendees with the theme-
"Pop The Bubble - Explore The Unseen." The venue we are planning to use is Neeti Sabhagaar. We are
planning to hire professionals for cinematography and lighting, hence fulfilling the conditions as per the
terms of conducting TEDx. We will be deploying an official website for registration and accepting speaker
nominations for the event.

The speakers will be given accommodation at Indradhanush VIP Guesthouse for two days. We would be
providing the speakers with the souvenirs as a token of our appreciation and certificates validating their
TEDx talk. We would offer our attendees goody bags and also serve high-tea in the break.

The total expenditure would be Rs 1,67,000 of which Rs 20,000 would be covered by TEQIP and Rs.
1,00,000 will be managed by CACS and the remaining Rs.47,000 will be generated vi a ticketing .

5. Mr. Anubhav Dubey (Social Entrepreneur, Co-Founder of CSB)
