(b) to authorize PEOPLE’S GENERAL INSURANCE CORPORATION to name the proceeds

and the check directly to INSULAR SAVERS BANK.

FURTHER, I shall hold INSULAR SAVERS BANK and PEOPLE’S GENERAL

INSURANCE CORPORATION, their shareholders, directors, officers, and successors-in-
interest free and harmless from any liability arising from this document.
