ABSTRACT

Psychospiritual Intervention Effectiveness Against Spiritual Level Inpatient


Hospital Malang Islamic Aisyiyah

Preliminary: Health is a state of being of body, soul, and socially to enable more people to
live productive socially, and economically.When the human condition are sick problems
facing not only a problem on the physical, but psychological and spiritual imbalance of
patients will experience, in which the psychological and spiritual factors is also no less
important when compared with their problems on the physical, The research objective to
analyze the effectiveness of interventions psychospiritual against spiritual level
inpatients. Methods: The study designquasi experimentpopulation of inpatients at the
Islamic Hospital of Malang Aisyiyah, .besar sample of 30 patients were taken by
purposive sampling. The samples were divided into two groups of intervention and
control groups, respectively 15 respondents. The research instrument used DSES
spiritual questionnaire (Daily Spiritual Experiences Scale). Statistical test using the
Mann Whitney U test P> 0.05. Results: Delivery of psychospiritual interventions
provided when patients undergo treatment process is very significant in improving
one's spiritual level, which will give effect to the results of treatment are currently
being undertaken. This is evident from the results of studies using Mann Whitney
test test obtained α = 0.000. Conclusion:
