Project Engineer TI, Location – Pune at Vedang Cellular Services Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, India.

Your monthly CTC amount will be Rs. 25205/- as per the terms and conditions set out herein in
Annexure.

You will be required to join the company 02/07/15. Kindly confirm your acceptance of our
employment offer.

If not accepted by today, this offer is liable to lapse. After you accept this offer you will be given an
appointment letter after completing joining formalities as per company policy.

 Applicable Tax (Professional Tax: 175/200) would be borne by the employee.

 ESIC @ 1.75% of Gross will be deducted from your salary as per Govt rule (If applicable).

 DA is not applicable.

 TA (If applicable) will be paid on actual (if any).

It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other employees.
