Re: Payment of Dive Center net profits and revenues

Dear Miss Emma Dela Cruz:

Good Day.

This letter will serve as formal notice that you are in default of your obligation to remit Hayahay
Resort’s Dive Center revenues and profits belonging to Mr. Patrick Swayze for the months of
April 2018 to July 2019 which totaled to the amount of six million Philippine Pesos
(P6,000,000.00).

Unless payment of the above amount is received by us in full within ten (10 days of the date of
this letter, we will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and remedies we have
under the law to enforce such payment, including but not limited to institution of legal
proceedings against you to recover the above amount, together with legal expenses.
