ABSTRACT

This paper presents a review of the Philippines famous burger chain called "Angel's

Burger". As the famous burger chain in the country with a gimmick of a "buy one take one

burger" that became a hit which runs 24 hours a day. Working 24 hours a day for an

employee without security guards to secure their workplace is vulnerable to theft. The

workplace doesn't have any comfort rooms and resting area for employees that leads to

discomfort. Major reasons are limited to the workplace during their working time and not

having enough place to relax. On the other hand, other burger chains apply the "buy one

take one" gimmick that used to have a competition. Later on, the famous burger chain still

prevails in the Philippines calling them the “White Castle of Burgers”. This review paper

describes the workload analysis, workplace design, discomfort of the employee during

working hours, and ergonomic tools in redesigning the workplace of the Angel’s Burger
