1. SCOPE

1.1 This list identifies manufacturers of piping and piping components for critical service fluid handling that are approved for
distribution by DistributionNOW. Deviation from the AML is not permitted without written approval from DNOW's Quality Director
or the end user.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 This document is confidential and for DistributionNOW use only.

2.2 Changes to this Approved Manufacturers List are to be made by following the DistributionNOW procedure: L2-7.4.1-001
AML Management.

2.3 The classification is used to identify manufacturers who are considered as "A" Approved and "P" Preferred

2.4 Manufacturers marked as SUSPENDED cannot be used for new orders and a quality audit is required as a part of any re-
evaluation. Existing DistributionNOW inventory has been inspected and can be used.

2.5 Valve sections where Low E is displayed with checkmark means DNOW has on file objective evidence of compliance to this requirement.
There are other Valve manufacturers that might comply, but DNOW does not have the objective evidence yet and are in the works.

2.6 In section 4.4 for Forged Branch Outlet Fittings the designation of UCCD means that DNOW has on file letter
of Unlisted Component Conformity Declaration by the manufacturers.

3. EXCLUSIONS

3.1 Piping materials for low pressure applications such as aluminum pipe, carbon steel grades A & F pipe, ductile and cast iron
pipe, iron flanges and fittings, flanges made from plate, plastic pipe, plastic flanges and fittings, cast stainless flanges and
fittings and miscellaneous hardware such as hangers and clamps are not included in this AML.

3.2 Stainless steel, welded schedule 40 nipples can be considered low pressure, but may also be used for the pressure rating of the
pipe and will be included in this AML.

Note: Munish Forge approved for commercial applications only at this time, we want to collect more quality data before using it for
Industrial or high pressure applications.
