MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU)

Between Commerce Society of Miranda house and Indian School of

Business and Finance, New Delhi (Teamwork Education Foundation)

Dear Ms Dawa Jain

This memorandum of understanding was made on 20th day of August 2019, between
Commerce Society of Miranda house (hereafter refer to as 1st Party) and Indian
School of Business and Finance, New Delhi (Teamwork Education Foundation )
(hereafter refer to as 2nd Party)

The following has been mutually agreed upon by above parties.

As decided, Party 1 will :

1) Organize the open house at their campus on 30th August 2019, between
11:00 AM-1:00 PM / 1:00 PM-3:00 PM
2) Will provide the auditorium enabled with audio visual equipment.
3) Will promote the event in the college and other interested DU college.
4) Will promote the event in the social media handler.

As decided, Party 2 will :

1) Will ensure the Speaker presence at the venue as per decided date and
time.
