form. A photocopy of the Bank Challan be enclosed with the 2nd copy of the
Application form.

3. Admission Card duly signed with photograph (One copy).

4. Attendance Slip duly signed with photograph (One copy).

5. Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) / PH/VH certificate as

the case may be.

6. In case of relaxation in age is sought (JRF candidates), attested copy of

certificate of educational qualification/research experience.

7. Two self addressed unstamped envelopes of 10" X 4" size.

Note: THE ONLINE APPLICATION ALTHOUGH REGISTERED

SUCCESSFULLY, WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED IF THE SIGNED HARD-
