A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN

AND
BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SOCIETY

The memorandum of agreement is made and entered into in the city of Dasmariñas, Cavite by and
between:
Junior Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines (JFINEX)
CBAA Student Government
Junior Philippine Institute of the Accountants (JPIA)
Accounting Enrichment Society (AcES)
-and-
Business and Operations Management Society (BOMS)

In order to set the duties and responsibilities of each in the agreed upon joint activity entitled "Financial
Literacy Caravan 2019", an activity which aims to give recognition to CBAA students with notable finance
knowledge and skills. JFINEX, CBAA SG, JPIA, AcES, and BOMS hereby agree on and stipulate the following:
1. The JFINEX through its President, Mr. Arnel John S. Plasencia, is responsible for the the over-
all implementation of the event. The following tasks are:
i. Planning and organization of the event
ii. Preparation of all necessary documents including but not limited to proposals,
attachments, memorandums and letters, and post-activity reports.
iii. Venue reservation
iv. Provision of speaker
v. Provision of technical committee
vi. Provision of registration Committee
vii. Photocopy and Distribution of evaluation forms
viii. Preparation and Distribution of Food
ix. Tally of Evaluation
x. 80% share in the overall expenditures incurred
xi. Information dissemination
xii. Do all other responsibilities related to the above-mentioned duties
2. CBAASG, through its Governor, Wyeth Alvin V. Martinez, is responsible for the following tasks:
i. Provision of two ushers for day 1
ii. Provision of one quizmaster for day 1.
iii. Provision of back-up projector for day 1
iv. Provision of 2 groups composing of 3 participants for day 2
v. 5% share in all expenditures incurred
vi. Information dissemination
vii. Do all other responsibilities related to the above-mentioned duties.
3. JPIA, through its President, Frances Gabrielle R. Gervacio, is responsible for the following tasks:
i. Provision of two ushers for day 1
ii. Provision of 2 groups composing of 3 participants for day 2
iii. 5% share in all expenditures incurred
iv. Information dissemination
v. Do all other responsibilities related to the above-mentioned duties.
4. AcES, through its President, Alexandria Beatriz E. Evangelista, is responsible for the following
tasks:
i. Provision of two technical committees for day 1
ii. Provision of 2 groups composing of 3 participants for day 2
iii. 5% share in all expenditures incurred
iv. Information dissemination
v. Do all other responsibilities related to the above-mentioned duties
5. BOMS, through its President, Zia Nicole A. Asuncion, is responsible for the following tasks:
i. Provision of two ushers for day 1
ii. Provision of 2 groups composing of 3 participants for day 2
iii. 5% share in all expenditures incurred
iv. Information dissemination
v. Do all other responsibilities related to the above-mentioned duties
6. The target date of the seminar is on 19th, 22nd, and 27th of November 2019, from 1:00 PM to
4:30 PM, at GSB Rooms, subject to changes under unforeseen circumstances.
7. The project heads of the tie up organizations are expected to give the accomplishment report
and attachments for not more than two (2) working days after the event.
 8. In case of breach, the party who failed to comply with the corresponding duties and
responsibilities agreed between them and the main proponent should be charged of PhP
500.00 for the damage/delay caused.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presented on this 30th day of August, 2019 in
the place stated above.
