Jingle after the Flag Raising Ceremony

1. Reference: Memo from C,RCADD dated May 17, 2019 with subject same
as above.
2. This pertains to the PNP program entitled “Pulis Pulis Kung Umaksyon ay
Mahusay at Mabilis” which was launched on April 15, 2019 during the Monday Flag
Raising Ceremony at the NHQ Building, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
3. The purpose of the program is to integrate and enhance all previous
initiatives such as Police Hotline Numbers, Quality Service Lanes and internet based
@PulisSerbis that will improve our capability to satisfy our customer with our services
by leveraging technology and training in customer skills of frontline service units and
personnel.

4. In order to make a recall and create an impact on the program, you are
directed to play the Pulis Pulis Kung Umaksyon ay Mahusay at Mabilis jingle after the
Flag Raising. Further, you are encourage to conduct FB Live Streaming and submit
action taken to this office (Attn: PCADB) thru email at santinig_pcrcppo@yahoo.com
NLT 30, 2019 for consolidation and submission to higher headquarters.
