Φίλοι καταναλωτές,
Η COCO-MAT υποστηρίζει με πάθος την αξία χρήσης,
την ποιότητα κατασκευής και την μακροβιότητα των προ-
ϊόντων της. Με την παρούσα εγγύηση σας διαβεβαιώνει
ότι, το προϊόν που αποκτήσατε, χαρακτηρίζεται, τόσο από
την αρτιότητα της κατασκευής του, όσο και από την ποι-
ότητα των πρώτων υλών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν γι αυτό.
Σε περίπτωση που διαπιστώσετε κάποιο πρόβλημα ή
ελάττωμα στο προϊόν, επικοινωνήστε αμέσως με το κα-
τάστημα, που το παραγγείλατε. Το κατάστημα θα κατα-
γράψει την παρατήρησή σας και στη συνέχεια θα τη δια-
βιβάσει στο Τμήμα Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών τής εταιρεί-
ας, το οποίο θα έλθει σε επαφή μαζί σας. Αν δεν είναι
δυνατό ή απλώς δεν επιθυμείτε να αναφέρετε το παρά-
πονό σας στο κατάστημα, τότε επικοινωνήστε, απ’ ευθεί-
ας με την εταιρεία, είτε μέσω του τηλεφωνικού αριθμού
210 6251 971, είτε μέσω του site www.coco-mat.com.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση, πάντως, θα πρέπει να κατέχετε την
απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης ή το τιμολόγιο αγοράς τού
προϊόντος.

Η παρούσα εγγύηση υπόκειται στη, σχετική με το δίκαιο
της πώλησης και την προστασία τού καταναλωτή, νομο-
θεσία τής Ελλάδας και αρχίζει να ισχύει την ημερομη-
νία που αναγράφεται στην απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης
ή στο τιμολόγιο αγοράς τού προϊόντος.
Τι καλύπτει η εγγύηση;
H COCO- MAT χτίζει σχέση ζωής με τους πελάτες της. Για αυτό
και παρέχει κλιμακούμενη εγγύηση σε προϊόντα ύπνου για τους
πελάτες της που φτάνει έως και 35 έτη.Για παράδειγμα, στο σύ-
στημα ύπνου Τρίτων παρέχει, σε περίπτωση εμφάνισης πραγμα-
τικού ελαττώματος (όπως αυτό ορίζεται στην συνέχεια) τα εξής:
• Εως 18 έτη πλήρη εγγύηση για κρεβατόστρωμα Τρίτων
• Απο 19-26 έτη έκπτωση 25% για νέα αγορά.
• Απο 27-35 έτη έκπτωση 20% για νέα αγορά.
Κρεβατόστρωμα
• Ξύλινος σκελετός: Σπάσιμο, που οφείλεται στη φύση τού ξύλου
(ρόζος).
• Υπόλοιπα υλικά: Τοπική ή εκτεταμένη υποχώρηση του περιεχο-
μένου, περισσότερο από 2 εκ.
• Τον αποπολυμερισμό τού φυσικού καουτσούκ και μόνον εφόσον
το προϊόν αερίζεται επαρκώς και δεν έχει εκτεθεί σε άμεση ηλι-
ακή ακτινοβολία, χωρίς τα προστατευτικά καλύμματά του.
Στρώμα
• Τοπική ή εκτεταμένη υποχώρηση (μετρημένη σε ευθεία επιφά-

νεια), πάνω από 2 εκ. και μόνον εφόσον το στρώμα είναι τοποθε-
τημένο σε ευθύγραμμες, σταθερές τάβλες, με απόσταση 5 - 7 εκ.
μεταξύ τους.
• Τον αποπολυμερισμό τού φυσικού καουτσούκ και μόνον εφόσον
το προϊόν αερίζεται επαρκώς και δεν έχει εκτεθεί σε άμεση ηλι-
ακή ακτινοβολία, χωρίς τα προστατευτικά καλύμματά του.
Ανώστρωμα
• Τοπική ή εκτεταμένη υποχώρηση (μετρημένη σε ευθεία επιφά-
νεια), πάνω από 2 εκ., και μόνον εφόσον το ανώστρώμα είναι το-
ποθετημένο επάνω σε στρώμα τής COCO-MAT, ή σε άλλο στρώμα
τής αγοράς, που να είναι σε καλή κατάσταση, να μην έχουν υπο-
χωρήσει τα υλικά του, ή να μην έχουν αλλοιωθεί οι ιδιότητές του.
• Επίσης, τον αποπολυμερισμό τού φυσικού καουτσούκ και μό-
νον εφόσον το προϊόν αερίζεται επαρκώς και δεν έχει εκτεθεί
σε άμεση ηλιακή ακτινοβολία, χωρίς τα προστατευτικά καλύμματά
του.
Η εγγύηση της COCO-MAT ΔΕΝ καλύπτει περιπτώσεις, που δεν
αναφέρονται παραπάνω, καθώς επίσης και:
• προϊόντα που πωλούνται σε μειωμένη τιμή, ως δείγματα εκθέ-
σεων, ή δείγματα προς επίδειξη.
• Τοπική υποχώρηση των υλικών, μέχρι και 2 εκ.
• Ελαττώματα από κακή ή μη ενδεδειγμένη χρήση των προϊόντων.
(Είτε από σωματικά υγρά, είτε από υγρά καθαριστικά, είτε από
άλλα υγρά.)
• Ελαττώματα στα στρώματα, λόγω μη καταλληλότητας της βάσης
στήριξης. * (1)
• Ελαττώματα στα καλύμματα των κρεβατοστρωμάτων, στρωμά-
των και ανωστρωμάτων (χαλασμένα φερμουάρ, λεκέδες από σω-
ματικά ή άλλα υγρά, καψίματα κ.λπ.)..
• Τοπική «καθίζηση» σε συνδυασμό στρώματος με ανώστρωμα
π.χ. Άτλας με Ιβίσκο, μέχρι και 3εκ.
* (1) Η σωστή βάση είναι απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για να
αποδώσει το στρώμα μας κατά το επιθυμητό. Σωστή, είναι
η βάση που αποτελείται από ευθύγραμμες, σταθερές σανί-
δες (ξύλινες ή μεταλλικές), πάχους άνω των 2 εκ. και κενό
ανάμεσά τους 5 - 7 εκ.
Επιπλέον, δεν πρέπει να στρώνουμε χοντρά υφάσματα, ή
πλαστικά προστατευτικά, ανάμεσα στο στρώμα και τις σανί-
δες, διότι εμποδίζεται ο σωστός αερισμός του και το στρώ-
μα κινδυνεύει να προσβληθεί από την υγρασία και να μου-
χλιάσει. Οι σανίδες με μήκος μεγαλύτερο των 120 εκ. χρή-
ζουν κεντρικής υποστήριξης. Η κάθετη προς τη φορά
τους, και τοποθετούμενη κάτω από αυτές, μεσαία τραβέρ-
σα είναι η ενδεδειγμένη, για τον σκοπό αυτό, επιλογή.

com. Our After Sales Service will work with you to
resolve the problem in a timely manner.
To facilitate any future customer service or warranty
issues, please keep the sales receipt of your purchase.
The warranty is valid from the moment of the purchase
of the product (date on sales receipt). The replacement
or repair of a product does not prolong or renew the
existing warranty.

The present warranty is subject to Greek legislation.
Warranty coverage details
In COCO- MAT we create life time relationships with our clients.
That is why we provide an escalated guarantee in sleep products
which can expand up to 35 years. For example, in Triton sleep
system, in case of a production default ( explicitly defined in
later pages) we provide:
• Full cover guarantee for the bed matress Triton up to 18 years
• 25% discount for a new purchase from 19-26 years
• 20% discount for a new purchase from 27-35 years
The COCO-MAT warranty covers the following items
during normal wear and tear:
COCO-MAT bed-mattresses
• Breakage of wooden frame due to the nature of the wood.
• Sagging of the materials of the bed-mattress that measures
more than 0.8 in / 2 cm.
• Polymerization of the natural rubber in occasions of proper
ventilation and protection from direct sunlight when out of
protective cover.
COCO-MAT mattresses
• Breakage of wooden frame due to the nature of the wood.
• Localized sagging of the materials in the mattress that
measures more than 0.8 in / 2 cm while mattress is placed
on a flat base consisting of slats with 2-3 in / 5-7 cm distance
between them
• Polymerization of the natural rubber while mattress is
placed on flat base (see point above) which ensures the correct

ventilation of the mattress. Warranty is under the condition that
the product has not been exposed to direct sun light without the
use of its protective cover.
COCO-MAT top-mattresses
• Localized sagging of the materials in the mattress that
measures more than 0.8 in / 2 cm while the top-mattress is
used in conjunction with a mattress that retains its original
properties.
• Polymerization of the natural rubber under the condition that
the product has not been exposed to direct sun light without the
use of its protective cover.
The COCO-MAT warranty does NOT cover items not listed above,
such as, but not limited to:
• Sleep products used in hotels, motels or institutional
facilities.
• Sleep products sold “as is” or at a reduced prices as showroom
samples, from second hand parties, non-retail establishments
or received as promotional items.
• Sleep products (mattresses and top-mattresses) which show
signs of polymerization of the natural rubber only in the corners.
• Replacement of another piece of the purchased sleep system,
unless it is also defective.
• Sagging in the sleep product that measures less than 0.8 in /
2 cm.
• Damage to the mattress due to inappropriate support or use
of incorrect bed frame.* (1)
• Damage to the sleep product due to misuse or abuse.
a. Fabric stains (body fluids, soiling).
b. Liguid penetration. The use of cleaning fluids may damage.
the fabric and materials in your product. Allowing liquids,
such as water, to penetrate the sleep product can damage
the layers of upholstery, causing materials to compress.
• Damage to the zipper.
• Normal change in softness and recovery of the materials of
the mattresses and top-mattresses over time. This does not
affect their ability to support the body.
*(1) COCO-MAT’s mattresses need to be used
in conjunction with a slatted bed base. This base
consists of flat and straight slats (wooden or metal)
which leave a void of 2-3 in / 5-7 cm between them. Do
not place any thick fabric or protective plastic sheets
between the mattress and the bed base, as this
prohibits the necessary ventilation of the mattress.
For mattresses larger than 47 in / 120 cm in width, a
bed base with a mid beam is recommended to ensure
sufficient support.

Um weiterhin den Kundenservice und die Garantie
nutzen zu können, heben Sie bitte den Kassenbon auf.
Die Garantie erhält ihre Gültigkeit ab dem Zeitpunkt
des Kaufes (Datum auf dem Kassenbeleg). Eine Repa-
ratur oder ein Produktaustausch verlängert nicht die
Garantielaufzeit.

Die vorliegende Garantie unterliegt dem
griechischem Gesetz.
Bei COCO-MAT etablieren wir mit unseren Kunden eine leben-
slange Bindung. Daher reicht unsere Garantie auch bis hin zu
35 Jahren. Z.B. bei dem Triton Bettsystem, garaniteren wir Ih-
nen bei Produktionsfehlern (genaue Beschreibung folgt später):
• volle Garantie für die Bettmatratze Trition bis 18 Jahre
• 25% Rabatt auf eine neue Bettmatratze Triton nach 19 und
bis 26 Jahre
• 20% Rabatt auf eine neue Bettmatratze Triton nach 27 Jahren
bis 35 Jahren
Die COCO-MAT Garantie übernimmt folgend Produ-
ktionsfehler, sofern Sie die Schlafprodukte normal
behandelt und gebraucht wurden:
COCO-MAT bettmatratze
• Brechen des Holzrahmens aufgrund eines Materialfehlers
• Nachgeben des Materials der Bettmatratze von mehr als 2
cm
• Polymerisation des Naturkautschuks, obwohl die Matratze
gut gelüftet ist und nicht ohne Bezug der Sonne ausgesetzt ist
COCO-MAT Matratzen
• Nachgeben des Materials von mehr als 2 cm, wenn die Ma-
tratze auf einem flachen Lattenrost liegt, welches 2-3 cm dicke
Latten, welche 5-7 cm auseinander liegen
• Polymerisation desNaturkautschuks, obwohl die Matratze auf
einem flachen Lattenrost (siehe oben) und gut gelüftet ist und
nicht ohne Bezug der Sonne ausgesetzt ist

• Nachgeben des Materials von mehr als 2 cm, wenn die Top-
Matratze mit einer Matratze zusammen genutzt wird, welche die
Top-Matratze in Ihren Eigenschaften unterstützt
• Polymerisation des Naturkautschuks, obwohl die Matratze gut
gelüftet ist und nicht ohne Bezug der Sonne ausgesetzt ist
Ein Garantieanspruch gilt nicht bei nicht oben gelisteten Din-
gen, wie z.B. (Liste ist nicht vollständig):
• Schlafprodukte, die in Hotels, Motels oder öffentlichen
Gebäuden genutzt werden
• Verkaufte Ware, die «gesehen wie gekauft» wurde, reduzierte
Ware aus dem Showroom, gebraucht gekaufte Ware, nicht von
einem Geschäft bezogene Ware, Promotion-Material
• Schlafprodukte (Matratzen und Top-Matratzen), die
Polymerisation des Naturkautschuks nur in den Ecken der
Matratzen zeigen
• Austausch eines anderen nicht defekten Stückes des Schlafsystems
• Nachgeben des Materials von weniger als 2 cm
• Beschädigung des Materials aufgrund von unzulänglicher Pflege
oder Gebrauch eines falschen Rahmens. * (1)
• Beschädigung des Schlafproduktes aufgrund von flascher
Behandlung oder Missbrauch.
a. Flecken im Bezug (Körperflüssigkeiten, Verschmutzung)
b. Flüssigkeitspenetration. Der Gebrauch von Reiningungsmitteln
kann den Bezug und das Material beschädigen. Flüssigkeiten, wie
z.B. Wasser können die Polsterung beschädigen und das Material
komprimieren.
• Beschädigung des Reißverschlusses
• Normale Veränderungen der Elastizität und Erholung des Materials
der Matratzen und Top-Matratzen im Laufe der Zeit. Dies verändert
nicht ihre Fähigkeit der Unterstützung des Körpers.
* (1) COCO-MAT´s Matratzen müssen auf einem Lat-
tenrost liegen. Diese Basis besteht aus flachen, gera-
den Latten (Holz oder Metall), welche in einem Abstand
von 5-7 cm liegen. Legen Sie bitte keinen dicken Stoff
oder Plastik zwischen die Matratze und den Lattenrost,
damit die Durchlüftung der Matratze nicht verhindern
wird. Für Matratzen, die breiter als 120 cm sind, benut-
zen Sie bitte zwei Lattenroste.

Χρήση και συντήρηση των προϊόντων ύπνου
Κρεβατόστρωμα
• Πρέπει να γυρίζεται κατά τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε το επάνω μέρος
(προσκέφαλο) να έρχεται στη θέση του κάτω μέρους (ποδαρικό)
και το αντίστροφο, κάθε δύο χρόνια. Αναφορικά με το διπλό κρε-
βάτι, που αποτελείται από δύο μονά είναι απαραίτητη η αμοιβαία
εναλλαγή θέσης των δύο μονών κρεβατοστρωμάτων κάθε 2 χρό-
νια. Αυτό που βρίσκεται αριστερά τοποθετείται δεξιά και το αντί-
στροφο.
• Η οσμή που ενδεχομένως αναδίδει το καουτσούκ είναι φυσική,
φθίνουσα και μη επιβλαβής.
• Πρέπει να προφυλάσσεται από το νερό, τον ιδρώτα και οποια-
δήποτε άλλο υγρό.
• Ενδείκνυται ο επαρκής αερισμός τής κρεβατοκάμαρας και η
εξασφάλιση φυσιολογικής υγρασίας.
• Η υποχώρηση των υλικών κατά 1 έως 2 εκ. είναι απολύτως δι-
καιολογημένη.
Στρώμα
• Τα στρώματα είτε χρησιμοποιούνται σε συνδυασμό με κρεβα-
τοστρώματα είτε με βάση, πρέπει να γυρίζονται κατά τέτοιο τρόπο
ώστε το επάνω μέρος (προσκέφαλο) να έρχεται στη θέση του κάτω
μέρους (ποδαρικό) και το αντίστροφο, κάθε έξι μήνες.
• Πρέπει να αναποδογυρίζεται κάθε έξι μήνες, ή και συχνότερα,
για να αναζωογονούνται τα υλικά. Στην περίπτωση που το στρώμα
έχει δύο διαφορετικές σε ελαστικότητα πλευρές, όπως ο Άτλας,
εφαρμόζουμε την εναλλαγή θέσης των δύο πλευρών του στρώμα-
τος. Το δεξί τμήμα στην αριστερή θέση και το αντίστροφο.
• Στα διπλά στρώματα, η ραφή τού εσωτερικού καλύμματος προ-
τείνεται να είναι πάντοτε στην άνω πλευρά.
• Πρέπει να τοποθετείται σε βάση που επιτρέπει τον αερισμό του.
Οι σανίδες στις οποίες στηρίζεται, πρέπει να είναι ευθύγραμμες,
σταθερές, πάχους άνω των 2 εκ. και με απόσταση μεταξύ τους 5-7
εκ.
• Αντενδείκνυται η υποστήριξη του στρώματος από ενιαίες επι-
φάνειες(κόντρα πλακέ, πάτωμα, κ.λπ.) που δεν έχουν κενά και κυ-
ρίως που είναι επενδεδυμένες με μελαμίνη ή με άλλη πλαστική
επένδυση, διότι το στρώμα δεν αερίζεται επαρκώς.
• Δεν πρέπει να εκτίθεται, χωρίς κάλυμμα, στον ήλιο, διότι το φυ-
σικό καουτσούκ αποπολυμερίζεται και κονιοποιείται.
• Πρέπει να προφυλάσσεται από το νερό, τον ιδρώτα ή οποιοδή-
ποτε άλλο υγρό.
• Αν χρειαστεί να αποθηκευτεί, επιβάλλεται να τοποθετηθεί στη-
ριζόμενο στη μία από τις μεγάλες πλάγιες πλευρές του. Ποτέ όρ-
θιο, διότι καμπυλώνει και φθείρεται.
• Το κάλυμμα πλένεται στο πλυντήριο, στους 30°C, χωρίς στύψι-
μο και στεγνώνει σε σκιερό, αεριζόμενο χώρο. Επίσης, είναι σκό-
πιμο, πριν στεγνώσει εντελώς, να τεντώνεται, ώστε να μειώνονται
οι πιθανότητες συρρίκνωσής του.
• Η οσμή που ενδεχομένως αναδίδει το καουτσούκ είναι φυσική,
φθίνουσα και μη επιβλαβής.

every 6 months to enable the refreshment of the materials.
In the case of a double mattress, the stitching of the inner
mattress cover has to be always on top.

With misuse, the natural rubber may polymerize.

2. Fix the bed legs on
Four bed legs go with each bed-
mattress. They should be fixed on the bed
mattresse’s four corners. Under the bed-
mattress you will find two thick wooden
boards where you should attach the bed
legs by screwing them onto the fixed
sockets.
Repeat accordingly for the second bed-
mattress.
No tools are required for this step.
Note:
In case you have selected a pair of wheeled
bed legs, make sure you place these on
the upper side of the bed-mattress where
the headboard will later be attached. They
will facilitate the moving of your bed in
case you need it. Before using your bed
for the first time, make sure you have
secured the wheeled bed legs.

3. Join and secure the bed-
mattresses together
The double bed-matress is composed of
two single bed-mattresses , which are
tied together with metal safety pins.
Lift the bed-mattresses and flip them
over so that they stand on their legs. Pull

safety pins.
Turn the metal clamp , pull it towards
the hook fixed on the other bed-mattress
and fasten it on. Finally, secure the safety

βατοστρώματος έχει κενό, ώστε να επιτρέ-
πεται η εφαρμογή του κεφαλαριού πάνω
στο κρεβατόστρωμα. Σε περίπτωση που δεν
έχετε επιλέξει κεφαλάρι, το κάλυμμα του
κρεβατοστρώματος καλύπτει και τις τέσσε-
ρις πλευρές του.
Η άνω επιφάνεια του καλύμματος αποτε-
λείται από λεπτό βαμβακερό ύφασμα χρώ-
ματος εκρού, ώστε να μην αλλοιώνεται η
ελαστικότητα του κρεβατοστρώματος.
4.1 Put the covers on
In case you have selected a cover for your
bed-mattress put it on now before moving
on with the assembly of your bed.
Start with wearing the bedmatress cover.
If the headboard is attached on the bed-
mattress, you should notice that one side
of the cover has an opening on the side
that will be fitted on the bed-mattress.
You should be able to notice both metal
brackets on this side of the bed-mattress.
If you have not selected a headboard the
bed-mattress cover should clothe all four
of its sides.
The top surface of the cover is made of a
thin cotton fabric that allows for sufficient
airing for the bed-mattress as well as
enhancing its elasticity.
4.1. Beziehen des Bettes mit der

5. Εφαρμόστε το κεφαλάρι στο
κρεβατόστρωμα
Το κεφαλάρι αποτελείται από ένα ή δύο
τμήματα, ανάλογα με το μέγεθος του κρε-
βατιού και τον τύπο του κεφαλαριού. Κάθε
τμήμα φέρει δυο μεταλλικά στοιχεία (φε-
ράμια) που ενώνονται με τα δυο αντίστοιχα
του κρεβατοστρώματος.
Σημείωση:
Στο κεφαλάρι και στο κρεβατόστρωμα θα
βρείτε ενδείξεις που υποδεικνύουν ποιο
κεφαλάρι αντιστοιχεί σε ποιο κρεβατό-
στρωμα. (Α με Α, Β με Β).
Ανασηκώστε το κεφαλάρι με τη βοήθεια
δεύτερου ατόμου, κρατώντας το από τις
δύο ακριανές πλευρές του. Φέρτε το κο-
ντά στο κρεβατόστρωμα και τοποθετήστε
τα φεράμια του κεφαλαριού πάνω από αυτά
του κρεβατοστρώματος. Για να τα καταφέ-
ρετε ευκολότερα δώστε μια ελαφρά κλίση
προς τα πίσω στο κεφαλάρι. Αφού εφαρ-
μόσουν σωστά και τα δύο φεράμια του κε-
φαλαριού με αυτά του κρεβατοστρώματος,
πιέστε το κεφαλάρι προς τα κάτω μέχρι να
τερματίσει.
Σημείωση:
Για την καλύτερη τοποθέτηση ενός ενιαί-
ου διπλού κεφαλαριού, ίσως χρειαστεί να
επαναλάβετε το βήμα 3 για να ρυθμίσετε
αναλόγως την απόσταση μεταξύ των κρε-
βατοστρωμάτων με την βοήθεια του μηχα-
νισμού ένωσης.
5. Attach the headboard on the
bed-mattress
Headboards come in one single or two
separate pieces. Each piece has two
metal brackets (jacks) on it which should
be attached on the respective metal jacks
of the bed-mattress.
Note:
Notice the signs on the bed-mattress
and headboards, indicating which piece
matches which (A should be matched with
A etc).
Lift the headboard, tilt it slightly and
secure its metal brackets on the
respective ones on the bed-mattress.
Push it down to a stop.
Note:
In case you face difficulty in attaching the
headboard to the bedmatress, you may
need to repeat step 3 to fine-tune the
tension of the safety clip.
5. Befestigen Sie nun das

die Schienenführung, die an der Bettmatratze
befestigt ist. Falls Sie Schwierigkeiten mit der
Befestigung haben, müssen Sie gegeben falls
Schritt 3 wiederholen und das Hacken-Ösen-
System fester zurren oder lockern, so dass die
Schienen passen.

δύο μέρη που ενώνονται και κλείνουν με
φερμουάρ. Θα ξεχωρίσετε το κάτω μέρος
(βάση) του καλύμματος μέσα στο οποίο θα
μπει το στρώμα από την περιμετρική πλευ-
ρά (φάσα) που διαθέτει, σε αντίθεση με το
πάνω μέρος (καπάκι) που δεν έχει.
6.1 Place the mattress
Double sized mattresses come in two
separate pieces joined together in a
protective cotton cover. This inner cover is
attached only on its upper side, allowing
for the mattress to be folded in two.
Note: Always make sure the inner cover’s
side joining the two mattress pieces is
facing up. Do not remove the inner cover.
The mattress is then placed inside an
outer quilted cover . This outer cover
consists of two parts, joined by a zipper
shutter. Mattress will be placed on the
bottom part first, and then the top part of
the outer cover will be zipped on.
You shall find the outer cover folded
between the mattress.
6.1 Platzierung der Matratze
Bei Doppelbetten haben Sie zwei einzel-
ne Matratzen, die in einem verbundenen
Baumwollbezug geliefert werden. Die
Naht zwischen den beiden Baumwol-
lbezügen muss immer oben liegen, so

tratze wird in den unteren Bezug gelegt
und dann mit dem Deckel geschlossen.
Sie finden den gefalteten Außenbezug
zwischen den beiden Matratzen.

6.2 Place the mattress
Start by placing the bottom part of the
outer cover on top of the bed-mattress.
Stretch it from side to side to cover the
entire surface. Unfold the side band to
wrap the bed-mattress.
Important note: If you have chosen
mattress Atlas, please go to step 7 before
completing this step.
With help from another person lift the
folded mattress and carefully place it
inside the bottom part of the outer cover.
Pull it towards one side and make sure
it stands right on the edge of the seams.
Then unfold it inside the bottom part of
the outer cover.
6.2. Platzierung der Matratze
Legen Sie als erstes den unteren Teil
des Außenbezug auf die Bett-Matratze.

pen den Saum über die Bett-Matratze.

Ανασηκώστε τις πλαϊνές φάσεις του στρώ-
ματος ώστε να αγκαλιάσουν και πάλι το
στρώμα. Κλείστε το περιμετρικό φερμου-
άρ και επαναφέρετε το στρώμα στην αρχι-
κή του θέση. Επαναλάβετε αντιστοίχως τις
ίδιες κινήσεις για το άλλο τμήμα του στρώ-
ματος.
7. Choose between sides
Some COCO-MAT mattresses, such as
Atlas, offer the option between a more
elastic and less elastic side. The thicker
the layer the more the elasticity and
vice versa. Choose the side you prefer
according to the desired elasticity. before
going back to complete step 6.
The inner cover’s side joining the two
mattress pieces should always be facing
up. If the side of preferred elasticity is on
the other side, you will have to flip the
mattress over.
Fold the mattress in two. Unzip the
inner cover. Unfold the side band by
turning it face down so that it wraps the
other mattress piece. With help from
another person carefully lift and then tip
up the mattress layers, head to toe. Do
not separate mattress layers.
Then, fold the side band of the inner
cover back up and zip it.
Unfold the mattress and repeat
accordingly for the other mattress piece.
7. Wählen Sie eine Matratzenseite

die einzelnen Matratzenlagen nicht vo-
neinander.
Eventuell müssen Sie diesen Vorgang
auch mit der anderen Matratzenhälfte
wiederholen.

8. Complete placing the
mattress
Make sure that the inner cover’s side
joining the two mattress pieces is facing
up. Tie the laces found on each bottom
side of the inner cover. Then, fold the side
band of the outer cover back up to wrap
the whole mattress.
Place the top outer cover part, carefully
close the zipper and button up.

sichtig den Deckel auf die Matratze und
schließen Sie diesen mit dem Reißver-
schluss. Beziehen Sie die Matratze mit
einem Laken bevor Sie mit Schritt 9 for-
tfahren.

9. Lay the top-mattresses
Remove the protective transportation
cover. Place them on the mattress. If you
have selected two top-mattresses, place
the one containing natural rubber foam
first (eg. Iviskos or Manolia) and the one
containing down and feathers on top (eg.
Kyriaki).
Top-mattress Kyiraki should only be
placed on top of the top-mattress Iviskos,
rather than on a mattress. Thanks to
stretch cords at its four corners, top-
mattress will stay at its place.

Γιατί το στρώµα πρέπει να είναι
ελαστικό και όχι σκληρό ή µαλα-
κό;
Για να ξεκουράζεται το ανθρώπινο σώµα
πρέπει να εκµηδενίζονται οι µυϊκές συ-
σπάσεις, χωρίς, συγχρόνως, να αλλοιώνε-
ται το φυσικό σχήµα του. Για να επιτευχθεί
αυτό πρέπει ολόκληρο το σώµα να υπο-
στηρίζεται από το στρώµα, να “γεµίζει” µε
υλικό κάθε σηµείο του. Να προσαρµόζε-
ται, δηλαδή, το στρώµα πάνω στο σχήµα
τού σώµατος και όχι το αντίθετο.
Το σκληρό στρώµα, όντας άκαµπτο, δεν
µπορεί να “ακολουθήσει” τις καµπύλες
του σώµατος και να προσαρµοσθεί σ’ αυ-
τές. Έτσι, τα µέρη του σώµατος που έχουν
έντονες καµπύλες, ή είναι πολύ ελαφριά
(αυχένας, οσφυική χώρα, πόδια, χέρια)
µένουν ανυποστήρικτα, κενά. Το ελαστι-
κό στρώµα είναι το κατάλληλο στρώµα για
την πλήρη υποστήριξη του σώµατος, διότι
προσαρµόζεται ακριβώς στο σχήµα του.
Why the mattress must be elastic
and not hard or soft?
In order for the human body to rest the
muscular spasms must be eradicated
without altering natural shape of the
body.
To achieve this, the mattress must offer
support to the whole body “filling” its
every curve or void. The mattress must
“follow” the body shape and adjust to it
and not vice versa.
A hard mattress most probably is what it
is … hard.
That means that it is inflexible, that it
can’t “follow” the body
and adjust to it. In effect, the curvy body
parts or those which are very light re-
main unsupported. A hard mattress
will try to “straighten” the body thereby
altering its natural shape. The result is
uncomfortable sleep and in the long
run possible damage to the body.
Warum muss die Matratze
elastisch und nicht hart oder
weich sein?
Damit sich der die Muskeln des men-
schlichen Körper erholen können, muss
dieser in seiner natürlichen Form kom-
plett unterstützt werden.
Damit man das erreicht, ist es wichtig,
dass jede Kurve des Körpers und jede
Lücke komplett von der Matratze au-
sgefüllt ist und sich die Matratze an den
Körper und nicht anders herum anpasst.
Eine harte Matratze ist wahrscheinlich,
was sie ist... hart.
D.h. diese Matratze ist nicht flexibel
genug, um sich dem Körper anzupassen.
Dadurch ist der Körper nicht optimal un-
terstützt und kann sich nicht entspannen.
Eine harte Matratze versucht den Körper
gerade zu biegen und damit die natürli-
che Körperform zu verändern. Die Folge
ist ungemütliches Schlafen und auf lange
Sicht mögliche Schädigung des Körpers.

Why do we produce “split”
mattresses?
“Split” mattresses offer the following
advantages:
1. One person’s movements – enhanced
by weight differences between the
partners – during sleep do not affect the
other person’s rest.
2. The mattresses can be easily trans-
ported.
By folding them, they can go through nar-
row doors or hallways, fit inside eleva-
tors, cars etc.
3. It is much easier to remove the cover
and clean it regularly, as you don’t have
to struggle with the weight of a double
mattress.

offer primary support to the heavy parts
of the body, i.e. the hips. This means, that

ones, are insufficiently supported.
The top-mattress’ use is exactly that
though – to support the lighter and
curvier body parts (neck, legs, arms) as
it is more elastic and flexible and thereby
able to fill the space between those body
parts and the (top-)mattress. Addition-
ally, it adds height to the height of the
bed-mattress, thereby larger bodies are
feeling the resistance of the bed-base

Tips for creating a better sleep environment
• Ensure that your mattress and the bed base offer comfort and
support. If you share your bed with a partner, you both will need
enough space too be able to stretch and turn comfortably.
• Keep your bed and mattress in good condition.
• Develop a relaxing bedtime routine. Experts suggest reading
books, listening to soothing music or taking a warm bubble bath.
• Optimize your sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at
the same time each day, even during the weekend, and it will be
easier and easier to fall asleep as your body clock gets used to
this routine.
• Your bedroom must be a space of calm, comfort and relaxation.
Remove all external, potentially disruptive sources like light or
noise. Even dim lights can confuse the body clock, as light is one
of the most time cues for your body to wake up even before your
alarm clock rings. A completely dark room is the most important
factors in helping you to relax and fall asleep. Alternatively, use
an eye mask to cover your eyes.
• Ensure the correct room temperature and ventilation. Make
sure the room is neither too warm nor too cold, as the room
temperature may affect your sleep. Most people sleep best in a
slightly cool environment, around 60°F•64°F / 16°C•18°C.
• Hide all alarm clocks. Realizing that time passes by without
being able to fall asleep may cause additional stress.
• Remove PCs, TVs and anything else that might be associated
with work, as it will only make it harder to wind down at night.
Reserve your bedroom and bed for sleep, relaxation and nothing
else.
• Reserve a bit of time during the day to resolve problems,
which might keep you awake at night. Keep a notebook on your
nightstand in order to write down your thoughts and issues that
trouble you in order to get them out of your mind.
• Exercise regularly as it can also make it easier to fall asleep
and sleep better. Schedule exercise in the morning or afternoon,
best to be done with it at least 3 hours before bedtime as exercise
actually stimulates the body, raising its temperature.
• Avoid eating a large meal, drinking alcohol or coffee within two
hours of bedtime as all of these can lead to a bad sleep quality or
might keep you awake.
• If you can’t fall asleep, don’t stay in bed. Get up, go to a different
room, and keep yourself occupied with other things until you feel tired.
