Cultural manager / social worker /volunteer. January 2015 - present
 Manage the implementation of an English program for primary school students of Educational Center
N ° 82024 and secondary of the National School José Pardo of the town of Santa Bárbara, district of
“Baños del Inca”, execute by volunteer students of the “Universidad Privada del Norte”, named
"English To Grow", includes the management of short phrases related to entrepreneurship, mainly
of experiential tourism as an alternative impulse for the community.
 Develop the first extracurricular workshops, for primary school students: culture (painting, dance,
body language and theater, writing, poetry, heritage, etc.), critical thinking (ethics, morality vs.
corruption), environment (recycling, solid waste management), renewable energies (adequate use
of water, solar cells) and ICT (Internet and basic web programming).
 Manage an agreement with the Municipality of Cajamarca for the execution of cultural projects and
events taking advantage of public spaces, the amphitheater and Coliseum of the Qhapaq Ñan
Complex. Likewise, the qualification of cultural shows, assigned by the Ministry of Culture, to address
the taxes towards the recovery of cultural heritage and / or social programs.x
 Organized the 2nd Discussion: "Topicality of the Cajamarca Theater" / Input for the Forum "Friends of
the Cajamarca Theater" - Caxas Cultural Association.
 Designed and promoted the book publication: "Estampas quechuas en el habla de los
Cajamarquinos" by Gian Saenz.
 Managed funds for the book publication of: “Qayaqpuma: Espacio ritual” by Francisco Vigo, and
organized the Photographic exhibition: "Qayaqpuma", at “Casona Espinach” ex Municipality.
