the following Conclusion and Recommendations:
1. The pretest mean calculation of the students was very low.

of delivering learning competencies in Music, Arts, P.E. And Health of Grade 10-Bonifacio.
4. The impact of the degree of Dual Coding to the increase skills in delivering the learning
competencies in Music, Arts, P.E. and Health is large.
Recommendation
1. Teachers must provide students with a visual schema which gives them a framework for
speaking and listening through seeing the connections that link the facts together.

3. Dual Coding is recommended to be adapted not only in Mapeh subjects but in all areas of
learning.

Agenda B: Classroom Management Techniques (MT - Obj.4)

Merinisa V. Daniels being the Master Teacher of Mapeh Department discussed the topic in
line with Objective 4 of Master Teachers RPMS citing Classroom Management Techniques (MT
- Obj.4) by furnishing the hand-outs entitled “ Unified Classroom Management Strategies” for
students need to improve behavior and academic engagement. The discussion was approached
through a round-robin brainstorming where everyone shared ideas without being influenced by
others and Starbusting approach was also engged where everyone develops questions on the
ideas presented to evalute the situation. The contribution of ideas in a classroom setting in a
non-evaluative approach provides the following benefits:
1. Enhanced the teachers’ skill and efficacy which provides a deeper understanding of best
practices in teaching and learning.
2. Allows teachers to create stronger ties with colleaguesd and enhances community from
among themselves.
3. Encourages reflection and analysis of teaching practice.
4. Improves teaching performance in part by imparting wide repertoireof classroom
management strategies.
