IMPROVING EFFICIENCY
THROUGH OPTIMIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Optimization of the production processes affects the functioning of the enterprise and contributes to many benefits. By op-
timizing the production processes, businesses are able to increase their productivity, which is essential in a competitive mar-
ket. The article presents possibilities of improving the efficiency of the researched enterprise by optimizing the production
process, taking into account diagnosed functional problems.
