How to use your tickets

The Observation Deck can get very busy, especially during holiday weeks. It is highly recommended to arrive early in the morning to reserve your preferred
timeslot
Use the entrance on 50th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues)
Once you have your timeslot, you can skip the 'General Admission' ticket line and proceed down the staircase to enter the 'Pass' line by the turnstiles to
have your ticket scanned

Important information

The last admission is at 23:00 and the last elevator goes up at 23:15
Dress appropriately. It tends to get windy 250 meters above the ground

you will not be charged unless you fail to show up during your reserved time.

Pass expiration
Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. Then, you have 30 calendar days to use your pass.
You may only visit each attraction once.
You have one year from the purchase date to begin using your pass.

Lost pass
If you lose your pass, reprint it at any time from your order confirmation email, or by using Order Lookup at
