Stages: (i) Teacher introduces a graphic from the textbook.(a
blackboard)
(ii) Students identify type and number of mistakes.
Pre Writing:
(i) Teacher set rules for mistake analysis.
Example: Circle the mistakes in the sentence and
state type of mistakes happen.
(ii) Teacher shows sample of incorrect sentences in
front of the class.
While writing:
(i) Students correct 7 sentences with both with
punctuation and spelling errors..
(ii) Spelling errors were marked with red colour.
(iii) Punctuation errors will be marked with blue colour.
Post Writing
(i) Students rewrite sentences without punctuation
and spelling errors.
(ii) Teacher advises and hint incorrect analysis
Closure:
(i) Teacher explains the saying ‘It’s better to be late
than blunder”.
