I. Title “Account Log In for using Computer in IC”

II. Problem and Statement
Some computers are still hacked and needed an account for log-in. Why not make it official and let the
students have an account to access the computer; because recorded check-in through writing on the
notebooks are old-fashioned. It will also be recorded that a student used the computer and only has a
limitation of using the computer of 2 hours per day, because some students tend to over use the computer.
III. Scope and limitations
This study has a limit for those students who don’t go to Info Commons.
IV. System Requirement Specification

1. Performance Level - No error.

2. Security/Privacy – The account itself can only be access by the student, the password should have the
maximum protection.
V. Prototype

Display 2: After logging in, welcoming sign

with their first name will appear

1 week Designing of log-in and window type
for time check.
2 weeks Encoding
3 days Testing; Trial and error
3 days Finishing
VII. Conclusion
Therefore I conclude that students may accept this kind of format to have more decent and
modern way of logging in and out experience.
VIII. Recommendation
1. Make it more user-friendly.
2. Elegant or cool design.
3. More information or program that can be added in the window (the right side after logging
in)
