Please bring along your confirmation of payment and receipt together with your NRIC or passport for name
badge collection.
 Name badge collection on behalf of registered participant is strictly not allowed.
 Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your name badge as per scheduled so that
we can make special arrangements for you.
Intercontinental Hotel is just steps away from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.
 Approximately a 90-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
 If you take LRT, you can take Kelana Jaya Line and arrive at Ampang Park (KJ 9) station.
 Head east on Jalan Ampang toward Jalan Tun Razak.
 Turn right to stay on Jalan Ampang.
 Turn left onto Jalan Binjai.
 Take the first right onto Lorong Binjai. Intercontinental Hotel will be on the right.
 Time estimation is around 3 minutes drive.
 Delegates are encouraged to be dressed in smart casual attire during all congress breakout sessions.
 There will be no onsite registration on the 5th March - 7th March 2014.

Conference *Participants registered under Student Category are not entitled for the Gala Dinner. However, they are able to
attend at a fee of RM 180.
*Welcome Cocktail excludes participants under Student Category.

 Parking is at a flat rate of MYR10.00 nett per entry with a valid parking coupon from 0800hrs to 1800hrs.
After 1800hrs, an additional charge of MYR6.00 nett will be charged.

Do you need to get yellow fever vaccination?


A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required from all visitors coming from or through yellow fever endemic
countries.
Visitors are required to bring along their Yellow Fever vaccination certificates, which must be valid.
 A vaccination certificate against Yellow Fever disease will be valid if the vaccination is taken at least 10 days
prior to the date of arrival to Malaysia and the validity of the vaccination is for a period of 10 years.
 In accordance with article 68 of the International Health Regulations of the World Health Organization, a
person without a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate shall be quarantined upon arrival in Malaysia.

 This requirement also applies to those who had visited these Yellow Fever endemic countries within one
week prior to arrival in Malaysia.

Certificate
We will be providing certificates to all the participants of ACTMP 2014 Congress.
Certificates will be given on the last day of the congress, on 7th March 2014 via hardcopy.
