Check and log reading parameters on display:

 Running Hours

 Loading Hours

 Element Outlet Temperature

 Air Outlet Pressure

 Pressure dew point

 Service warnings and shutdown- must be reported

AIR COMPRESSOR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

 Take the readings of voltage, currents of the motor.

 Drain the condensate manually and make sure that condensate comes out freely.

 Check for oil, air, and water leakages.

 Clean the unit by blowing of air pressurizes.

 Clean the air cooler and oil cooler.
