AIR COMPRESSOR DAILY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

✓ Check and log reading parameters on display:

❖ Running Hours

❖ Loading Hours

❖ Element Outlet Temperature

❖ Air Outlet Pressure

❖ Pressure dew point

✓ Service warnings and shutdown- must be reported

AIR COMPRESSOR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

✓ Change over the compressor

✓ Take the readings of voltage, currents of the motor.

✓ Drain the condensate manually and make sure that condensate comes out freely.

✓ Check for oil, air, and water leakages.

✓ Clean the unit by blowing of air pressurizes.

✓ Clean the air cooler and oil cooler.
