 Narrative Report
Issuance of cards is one of the step that will allow teachers and parents to meet

and talk about learners’ performance in academic or learning areas.

The meeting was dedicated to the Lord through a short prayer by a selected

parent. It was facilitated by every advisers of every grade level. Teachers patiently

discussed pupils’ performance behavior and discipline .Hence, parents listened

attentively and were enlightened with how teachers disciplined their children. Some

parents raised questions with regards to the grading system, what remedies should be

done in case pupils got a failing grades. Teachers elaborated that the responsibility lies

between teachers, parents and the learners as well.

At the end of the meeting, parents were able to looked at their childs’ grades

.Teachers were ready to answer their querries, doubts and questions. Nevertheless, the

issuance of cards were successfully done. It ended with a closing prayer.

The Pupils’ First Quarter Report Cards or School Form 138 were distributed by
the class advisers. 2ND Parent- Teacher Conference were also conducted & 80% of
parents attended the said scheduled. It was another successful quarter of
learning.
