BIBINGKA IS DELICIOUS

BIBINGKA

BIBINGKA is a food usually we eat during ber-months, everytime we go to church we do go


straight in the stalls were there was a famous bibingka.Bibingka were sell during night mass. Whenever
we pass the stall we should admit that is very sad.The smell of the bibingkas will encourage you to buy
many of it. It is nice to eat and discover another twist in the Filipino"s recipe .

Ingridients: Toppings:
Rice-flour A peel of salted egg
Baking soda Cream cheese (slightly thin)
Salt Margarine softened
Can coconut milk Grated mature coconut
Butter (melted) Sugar
Eggs (beaten)
Sugar

PROCEDURE:
1.Wash all the banana leaves so it will be clean.Cut it in the same size as your of your pan.
2.In large bowl combine the rice flour,baking soda,salt and sugar according to its own measure.Whisk it
until it will resolved
3.Get another bowl,to combine the can coconut milk and butter mix it then stir.Afterwards add it on the
first bowl where you copmbined the other ingridients.Then add the beaten eggs to it mix it well.
4.Prepare all the equipments needed such as the pie pan and oven.Cut the salted egg in a thin slice and
also tyhe cheese for the toppings.
5.After arranging the equipments divide the mixture to the pie pans then place theslice salted egg and
cheese on the top.
6.Arrange the pie pans in the oven,then bake in a 350 F for about 20-25 minute or until it become golden.
7.When the time comes place the pie pans in the safe place.
8.Spread the margarine on tyhe top,then add also a grated mature coconut,sprinkle with a sugar touch
