CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT``
Management was defined as the actions taken to create an environment where learning and success
are possible. As I visited the classroom of 4th standard and I observed that the physical setting of the
classroom is not rightly managed .The arrangement of class should be arrange in a manner that
supports the learning centre.Although the classroom is quiet attractive by the colourful charts and
pictures .and the material is organized and easily accessible .
One thing that I noticed during thid visit is that the school face issues in scheduling like time
allocation,transition,and uninstructural activities were not posted and regularly viewed ,but they
have a method of posting changes at schedule . The most important fact of this observation ,that the
instructional planning and delivery of teachers and staff is commendable . According to my
observation some outcomes are unclear like providing directions for the task step by step and pace
of the instructions appropriate for the needs of all students.
Now I just want to summarize. that every institution has its positive and negative aspects too
. Its depands on the management and organization to improve their mistakes . I want to suugest
some ways in which the schools need to focus are the following .

 To provide consisitency at elementary levels of schools .

 To provide instructional time for the optimal delivery of curriculam activities

 To provide daily grade level planning time for all the teachers.
