Dear John,

I am happy to note that you will come to the Kuppuswami Sastri Research Institute, Chennai,
India, for your studies in Sanskrit. We are happy to admit you as a student for studying Sanskrit
with us this autumn. Please note that the Semester Program is divided into three modules. The
tuition cost for one module is 500 € (five hundred Euro). The total cost of tuition fees of three
modules is 1.500 € (one thousand five hundred Euro).
The details of the schedules of classes have already been sent to University of Oslo. Kindly note
that the above fees are only for the classes and this does not include:
i. Any Special / extra classes.
ii. Travel expenses.
iii. Passport and Visa or any other incidental expenses like health insurance, medical
expenses, local transportation, books and other stationery materials.
iv. Accommodation in a private apartment which may be around Rs. 15.000/-(fifteen
thousand rupees only) per month (two bedroom apartment). (Food, electricity excluded).
v. Any other unforeseen expenses.
I am sure you will find your stay in Chennai comfortable and derive maximum benefits from the
classes/ lectures/ seminars at our Institute.
