1. Eligibility Conditions
a. Qualification/Age

(1) Corps of Engineers BE / MS in the following technologies:- 28 Years as
(Engrs) ► Civil Engineering on 1 Nov 2018.

► Geo-informatics Engg
(2) Corps of Signals ► BE - Electrical / Telecom
(Sigs) ► BE – Software Engineering
(preferably MSCS)
(3) Corps Army 16 years of degree in the following:-
Services (ASC) ► POL Engineer./ POL Pipelines/
Instls
► Chemical Engineering
(4) Corps of Ordnance ► MBA Supply Chain Management
(Ord) ► BE Electronics
(5) Corps of Electrical BE in the following technologies:-
& Mechanical ► Computer Engineering
Engineers (EME) ► Electrical Engineering
► Electronics / Avionics Engineering
► Biomed Engineering
► Mechanical Engineering
► MTS Engineering
► Aerospace Technology
(6) Army Education MSc in the following subjects:-
Corps (AEC) ► Biology
► Islamic Studies/ Arabic
► Statistics
(preferably MS / M.Phil)
(7) Remount Veterinary ► DVM from any Pakistan Agriculture
and Farms Corps University.
(RV&FC) ► Registered with PVMC.
(8) Information & ► BS (Software Engg).
Communication ► BS (Cptr Engg, Cptr Science).

(9) Direct Short Service ► MS Mass Comm
Commission as ► MA IR

b. Common Features
(1) Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4.
(2) M.Phil/ MS will be given preference.
(3) No 3rd Division or Grade D and only one 2 nd Division / Grade C through
out the academic career.
(4) Candidates only graduated from HEC/PEC recognized universities.
(5) Candidates acquired qualification as private candidate are not eligible.

f. Physical Standards
(1) Minimum Height. - 5’ (152.4 cm)
(2) Weight - As per Body Mass Index
(3) Vision - As per PAO 11/82
2. Ineligibility Conditions
a. A candidate attaining specific higher qualification is eligible even if she is twice
rejected by ISSB for Graduate Course or equivalent Naval / PAF Courses.
b. A candidate with specific qualification, who is rejected once by ISSB for
Graduate Course or equivalent Naval / PAF Courses and once rejected for
specific higher qualification entry, will not be eligible for third chance.
c. Permanently declared UNFIT by Appeal Medical Board.
d. Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B & C (Appeal Medical Board cannot
be requested).
e. Declared unfit by any Armed Forces Hospital except those cleared by Appeal
Medical Board.
f. Withdrawn from any Academy / Training Institution of Armed Forces on any
ground.
g. Withdrawn from any bonded Armed Forces college/institution on disciplinary
grounds.

g. ISSB Tests. Shortlisted candidates will receive intimation for ISSB tests through
website as well as call up letters.
a. Original certificates / detailed mark sheets along with two attested photocopies
of each educational certificate / degree / diploma.
b. Candidates serving in government Institutions / Departments will render No
Objection Certificate of the concerned Establishment.
c. Attested photo copy of domicile.
d. Photocopies of computerized National Identity Card.
e. 6 x coloured photos duly attested (front & back).
f. Crossed postal order of Rs, 100.00 in favour of Director General Personnel
Administration (DGPA), GHQ Rawalpindi.
g. Candidates must bring their degrees duly verified by HEC/PEC.
h. Endorsement Application Forms While filling the application forms given
by AS&RC to successful candidate must ensure that all available information
asked be endorsed in the respective paragraphs / columns etc.
NOTE: - Old National Identity Card will not be accepted.

7. Bond. Finally selected candidates will be required to sign a bond to serve the Army
for a minimum period of 7 years. The applicability of bond will commence on successful
completion of basic military training at PMA Kakul.
