NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER SELECTION PROCESS OF PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT TEST

FOLLOWED BY G ROUP DISCUSSION AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW

We refer to the detailed advertisement dated 12.06.2018 in leading newspapers / notification on our
Bank’s website inviting applications for admission to Baroda Manipal School of Banking for the FY 2018 -
19.

On the basis of performance of candidates in the Online exam conducted on 28.07.2018, the roll numbers
of the candidates who were provisionally found eligible for further selection, were published in Bank’s
website.

As regards to the further selection process, the following modalities have been finalized by the Bank:

2 Group Discussion & Personal Interview 10.09.2018 to 15.09.2018

With regard to Psychometric Assessment, an Email will be sent today to the registered E-mail id of the
candidates provisionally short-listed for further selection process and the candidates are advised to follow
the instructions and mandatorily complete the assessment within the stipulated time. Candidate who
don’t complete the assessment test, will not be allowed to attend the Group Discussion and Personal
Interview.

With regard to the Group Discussion and Personal Interview, the short-listed candidates are advised to
download their Call letters from the Bank’s website from 04.09.2018. Kindly note that no change in the
place, date and time of Group Discussion & Personal Interview shall be entertained by the Bank.

Shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully go through the guidelines mentioned in the call letter.
Candidates are also advised to visit the Bank’s website periodically for any further notification.

Decision of the Bank in all matters pertaining to selection process shall be final and binding.
