Vision:
1. To help students decide whether they should pursue a career in management consulting
2. To provide those students who decide to do consulting with the resources and guidance to
navigate successfully through the interview process and subsequent career
3. To establish ISB as one of the foremost institutions for Consulting across the world

Industry/ Alumni Connect, Peer to Peer Learning, Placement Skill Building, Case competitions, ISB Brand Building
❖ ISB Consulting Conclave: Weekend long engagement including case competitions, panel discussions and networking
dinner, with senior consultants, hear about their experiences, the kind of assignments one gets, and the career paths.
❖ Informal Informational events with consulting firms: Host presentations, coffee chats, and networking drinks with
many of the leading firms that recruit from ISB, including strategy consulting and Functional/ Sector specific boutiques
❖ Formal Speaker/Firm Sessions: Organize speaker sessions by Senior Directors/ Partners of reputed consulting firms
covering all areas of consulting on myriad topics
❖ Consulting Connect – Interactive sessions with recent graduates to provide a realistic picture to the students about
career paths at the firm and work culture, form mixed teams and use your collective power to solve a case.
❖ Mentor-Mentee Model: Each member is mapped to an alumnus that guides the student throughout the year to make
informed career decisions and interact with the wide alumni network spread across the Consulting Industry.
❖ Consulting Champion Model: Existing students with relevant functional/sector experience are mapped to interested
members to help learn from each other’s experiences and broaden their knowledge base.
❖ Student Perspectives Survey: Anonymous survey aims to gather students' opinions to better understand what they
are looking for from the Club and when recruiting, to create an open dialogue amongst our members and the firms.
❖ Training & Development: To prepare students for their interviews, we will offer our unique Crack-a-Case program.
o Our pool of trainers (consisting of ISB peers with previous consulting experience) offer case workshops & one-
on-one mock interview practice sessions every week throughout the main recruiting periods.
o We also aim to host fit training and industry info sessions along with ISB Alums working in the Target firms
o Peer based Mock interview: Members get together and conduct case interviews among themselves.
o Resume writing & Review workshop: One-on-one sessions to discuss resumes in detail and Common sessions
outlining the key points to highlight for creating a strong impact, conducted by alums from target firms
❖ Consulting ER: Panel discussion amongst peers to discuss recent real-world business problems in the context of a
consulting case study, improve conceptual understanding and keep them up to date with the latest happenings.
❖ ISB Case Book: Compiled and documented real case interview experiences of current and previous students
❖ Faculty Sessions: e.g. Prof Akbar Zaheer held a session on Digital Strategy
❖ Consulting Treks: Visit the offices of consulting companies during term break to get a good understanding of the
company’s culture and assess cultural fit, building on the foundation established during the on-campus briefings.
❖ The ISB Consulting Magazine: Educates students about the latest through its regular newsletters Insights from Experts
in Consulting & the Industry, Leading research articles & papers by students & faculty at ISB
❖ Post placement activities: Enhancing the skill set required for executing day to day tasks in a consulting job. These
activities are focused at Developing excel and presentation making skills, Business report writing and Public speaking
❖ Case Bootcamp (Intra ISB): This 10-day event begins with a Kickoff presentation of a case, followed by team
mentoring sessions with consultants and industry experts with the final presentation showcasing the top ISB teams.
❖ Consilium (Inter College) : ISB’s flagship case competition
❖ ISB- International Business School Engagement: Joint sessions, Case Exchanges etc. with LBS (Already agreed), NUS
and Kellogg (Already in Talks), and others leveraging on their global network.
❖ Consulting based ELP on Live Projects partner with SEAL and firms to have students take up Live Projects to provide
strategy consultancy services to small and medium enterprises.
Credentials: Worked as a Strategy Consultant with KPMG for 2 years on Market Entry, Growth, Cost reduction, Process
Improvement, Technology integration (IoT) and Digital Enablement engagements across Telecom, FMCG, Metal & mining
and core Manufacturing. Prior, was in Internal strategy of Viacom 18 for implementation of 3D Printing & Chatbots.
• 3-time Employee of the Quarter across KPMG India with a Fast-tracked Promotion in 1 yr. to Associate Consultant,
• Chief Editor of Campus magazine, TA and 3D Printing Event Organizer for 2000 people during Undergrad
