Let the students examine the picture. These are the motifs and designs from Cagayan Valley
Region. Describe each motif and design. Compare these motifs and design from the previous
discussion.
Activity: Trip to Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon.
The class will be grouped into five. The teacher will prepares 5 stations, each station showing
the arts and crafts and the history about the provinces. Each group will go on all the stations to
be able to know the different arts and crafts and to know its history of such provinces.
Station 1: Batanes
Station 2: Isabela
Station 3:Nueva Vizcaya
Station 4: Bulacan
Station 5: Pampanga
Activity: Let each group share about information they get from the previous activity.

Activity: Art of Paper Cutting
The student will do the Pastillas wrapper. The teacher will present the video on how to make
Pastillas wrapper so that the students will have the idea on doing it. After this, let the students do
their own and unique style of pastillas wrapper.
MATERIALS: • Colored paper • Scissors • Glue/paste • Oslo paper
