    ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT
    REPORT

    1. In relation to the preparation of the District


    Annual Accomplishment Report Year 2018, all
    schools are advised to submit the soft and
    hard copies of 2018 ANNUAL
    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT on or before
    January 3, 2019.
    ***January 4-6 (Consolidate sa District) ***January 7 (Submit sa Division Office)

    2. In view of this, all schools are enjoined to


    refer to the attached templates on the
    preparation and submission of the Annual
    Accomplishment Report.

    3. Data to be included in the tables shall be in


    consonance with the data stipulated in the
    Division Unified Data Gathering Tool (DUDGT)
    as of December 31, 2018.

    4. Submit all soft copies through :


    ssnarradelsur.palawan@deped.gov.ph
    5. Immediate dissemination and strict
    compliance with this report are advised.
