Ba \AROM Job Description Position: Online Service Manager 1, Full-time: 40 hours per week / Part-Time: 20 hours per week 2. Salary, Full-time: 1100 USD per week. Part time: 650 USD per week. (You'll have a salary weekly or bi-weekly, direct deposit or cheque). First salary after trial period. 3. Trial period at home (7 business days). After trial period - work in the office (but there is an opportunity to continue working at home). 4. Phone Interview: according to the rules of our company you will have a phone interview after completing the required documents! Duties: - Fulfillment of customer orders - Collecting customer information - Incoming outgoing calls, sms - Working with Microsoft programmers (reporting) - Obtain an order from the client - Analyze the order - Find the most successful way of delivery - Organize the purchase of necessary goods and services - Inform the customer of the order price Requirements: Refined appearance, good communication skills Stress-resistant, the ability to find easy solutions to complex problems - Organizational skills that will help plan the day successfully PC knowledge and basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office Ability to work extra hours when operational needs - You must be over 18 years old Permanent residence US Computer, mobile phone, internet Bank account for work: During the trial period you may need to use your personal bank account. Your account will only be used during the trial period, after passing it you will be provided with a company account. You will not use your own money.
