    Dear Ma’am,

    Good day!

    Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation letter as from your school, Elizalde
    Academy Inc. effective August 23, 2019.

    This was not easy decision to make, on my part. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am
    honored to have had the chance to touch the lives of so many students. It has been as much
    pleasure to learn from them as it has been to teach them. Thank you for providing me with this
    opportunity – the training that you provided to me, made me who I am today. I will miss
    everything about this school and all the people I worked with and the students I taught.

    It is time for me to grab this opportunity because I know it would give me the chance to grow
    professionally and will allow me to begin the new endeavor that I am searching for.

    Thank you very much for your kindness and support. I do hope our paths cross again in the
    future.
