AV (Audio-Visual) Room & Computer/Learning Laboratory

Rules and Regulations

For Students:

1. Please leave your shoes/or slippers outside. Or wear your foot mops whenever inside.
2. FOOD and DRINKS are NOT ALLOWED. EATING and DRINKING is also NOT ALLOWED inside the
AVR/Computer/Learning Laboratory.
3. The computers and apparatuses can only be used as per instruction of the teacher. WAIT FOR THE TEACHER’S
INSTRUCTIONS.
4. ACCESS to SOME SOCIAL MEDIA & NETWORKING SITES HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. Please do not attempt to access
them without the teacher’s permission.
5. VIEWING OF VIOLENT AND PORNOGRAPHIC SITES IS PROHIBITED. Proper sanctions will be followed.
6. Observe SILENCE per teacher’s instruction.
7. DO NOT LEAVE THE COMPUTERS UNATTENDED. Please shut down the computers properly after using them. And
make sure that the plugs for the power supply have been pulled before leaving the room.
8. After using the AVR/Computer/Learning Laboratory, please arrange the seats by stacking them on the corners of
the room.
9. In case of damage or malfunction, report immediately to the in-charge.

For Teachers:

1. FOOD and DRINKS are NOT ALLOWED. EATING and DRINKING is also NOT ALLOWED inside the
AVR/Computer/Learning Laboratory.
1. Upon using the AVR/Computer/Learning Laboratory, PLEASE REGISTER IN THE LOG BOOK. This is to avoid
discrepancies upon inventory at the end of the school year.
2. DO NOT LEAVE THE COMPUTERS UNATTENDED. Please shut down the computers properly after using them. And
make sure that the plugs for the power supply have been pulled before leaving the room.
3. After using the AVR/Computer/Learning Laboratory, please arrange the seats by stacking them on the corners of
the room.
4. In case of damage or malfunction, report immediately to the in-charge.
