Description:
PruAdviser helps Prudential to analyze various transactions happening across the Europe. Various
reports depending on the business requirements were developed considering business
performance factors like revenue based on regions, individual agencies in order to generate
performance reports and corridors reports. It provides the Information in terms of transactions,
principal and revenue in all the grains. Also, the reports were made on parallel hierarchy
depending on the marketing strategies and business needs.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding of mainframe system logic and correspondingly implementing in
Distributed environment using PIG, HIVE, MapReduce and Sqoop.
 Worked on creating UDF’s on requirement basis.
 Load the data from Oracle tables into Hive tables.

Description:
Elixir is product for Insurance Domain based on SOA architecture using proprietary Elixir
Framework. It deals with life cycle of insurance product. The Elixir gives faster and easier way to
access the information of the insurance products and manages them in more efficient way. There
are many modules supporting functionality of Elixir like Claims, finance, investment, framework
and products. It uses cutting edge technology that can be customized based on the customer
requirement.
I am involved with the below mentioned modules:
 PAS (Policy Admin Service) - Policy servicing module allows you to alter the existing
information related with policies as well as customers. This module provides a wide range of
functions that range from alterations on plans and customers.
 Finance – Finance is a integral part of Elixir business. Finance module provides the
framework to be used to setup financial data by insurance client. This involves maintaining
accounting master and to setup various types of transactions.
Responsibilities:
 Creating LLD’s based on requirement and occasionally HLd’s as well.
 Responsible for coding from UI level to service level.
 Writing JUnit Test Cases for Unit testing.
 Active involvement in all R&D Activities related to the overall Project.
 Involved in BAU support activities.

Description: Access Direct Client (ADC) is the application build for RBS(Royal Bank of
Scotland) Bank developed in Java/J2ee.The purpose of the Access Direct Client (ADC)
application is to enable the bulk batch/ file transfer of orders (payments), status information and
reports between RBS Bank and the it’s customers.
The ADC client is installed at the client’s premises and interacts on one hand with the host
systems of the client and on the other hand with ADC’s peer component, i.e. Bank Server, at the
bank’s end. The communication medium between ADC and Bank Server takes place via Internet
